The following terms and conditions apply for this promotion (“Promotion”). Advertisers who spend USD $500 on advertising via the Nextdoor Ads Manager during the Submission Period (as defined below), shall each receive an advertising credit valued at USD $500.00 for use on the Nextdoor Ads Manager platform prior to the Promotion Deadline (the “Credit”).
This Credit is only made to the Advertiser receiving this email and is nontransferable. To be eligible, your Nextdoor Ads Manager account must be in good standing, have a valid credit card on file, and no overdue payments. Ad credit will be applied for future campaigns only, are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent and may not be used in combination with any other offer. Limit one offer per Advertiser.
Credit will be applied within one business day of Nextdoor Ad Manager account activation with your Nextdoor Ads email address. This offer expires March 30, 2024 (“Promotion Deadline”), and any unused ad credits will be removed from your account. You will be charged for all costs exceeding the amount of ad credits received, and will not be notified when your ad wallet balance reaches zero. You are responsible for the payment of any taxes or other fees incurred with this offer.
Available ad credits are forfeited if you do not spend the minimum amount specified above by March 30, 2024, if you attempt to redeem multiple offers or otherwise tamper with the Promotion, or if your campaign violates the Nextdoor Ad Policy or the Nextdoor Advertising Terms of Service, as determined in Nextdoor’s sole discretion. Nextdoor reserves the right to disqualify any Advertiser it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or violating these terms. Nextdoor is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, void, corrupted, garbled, illegible, or unintelligible submissions and those transactions are void and will not be accepted; nor is Nextdoor responsible for any problems, bugs or malfunctions Advertisers may encounter when seeking to receive the Credit. Nextdoor is not responsible for inadvertent omissions or typographical errors, and reserves the right to correct errors upon discovery.
By participating in the Promotion, Advertiser agrees: (i) to be bound by these complete terms and conditions and the decisions of Nextdoor which shall be final and binding; and (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these terms and conditions, except where prohibited by law. By accepting the Credit, Advertiser agrees to release Nextdoor, including its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities together with the respective directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents, and respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, or administration of the Credit program (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, loss or damage arising from or in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the Credit. Releases shall not be liable for: (i) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (ii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iii) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Promotion; or (iv) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Nextdoor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Promotion. Nextdoor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion, in its sole discretion, due to circumstances beyond its control, including pandemic and other natural disasters. The internal laws of California which will govern disputes regarding these terms and conditions and/or this Promotion. All cases and claims pertaining to this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Nextdoor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Nextdoor’s control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion. Nextdoor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion if, in its sole discretion, it determines such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, vote-flooding, or any other unfair playing practises of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Nextdoor representatives. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Any attempts to access the site, receive the Credit or use a bot script, device or brute-force attack will result in disqualification, including that IP address becoming ineligible for the Credit. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Credit may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the Promotion. Should such an attempt be made, Nextdoor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
Except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with the privacy policy found on the Nextdoor website, located at https://nextdoor.com/privacy_policy. These terms and conditions, in addition to the Nextdoor Advertising Terms of Service, govern your rights and responsibilities related to your use of Nextdoor’s platform and participation in this Promotion.
