Kindness is core to Nextdoor’s purpose: to cultivate a kinder world where everyone has a neighborhood they can rely on. In honor of Neighbor Month this September, Nextdoor and Verizon dialed up kindness across the country by connecting neighbors through Neighbor Month celebration events.
Nextdoor and Verizon put out a call for kindness, asking neighbors why we should come and celebrate Neighbor Month with their community. We then came together and connected neighbors by hosting five Neighbor Month events in Atlanta, Chicago, Ohio, and Salt Lake City.
