Nextdoor partners with Zapier to help brands seamlessly manage and nurture new local leads

We are excited to announce that Nextdoor is now integrated with Zapier, a leading digital workflow automation platform for brands of all sizes. Now, businesses who run native lead gen campaigns on Nextdoor Ads Manager (NAM) can seamlessly connect their leads to Zapier and set up custom automated workflows.

Building off our recent announcement, our new partnership with Zapier unlocks greater scale and potential for customer acquisition on Nextdoor. Not only can brands capture high-intent leads from our platform, but they can now automatically sync valuable customer data from Nextdoor into their existing CRM databases using Zapier - streamlining workflows and saving time.

Lead generation ads are powerful ad formats that enable brands to convert our high-intent audience into prospective new customers. People on Nextdoor are real, verified members of everyday communities who value supporting local businesses; 73% of our neighbors are homeowners1, and over 90% are household purchasers and decision-makers2. They come to Nextdoor to find goods and services, and lead gen ads offer a simpler and more efficient way to connect with the businesses they’re looking for.

Lead gen ads are currently available to all advertisers on our self-service NAM platform.

Nextdoor and Zapier

With our Zapier integration, businesses can now seamlessly sync their valuable lead data from Nextdoor with Zapier, and connect it to existing workflows or set up new automations to manage and nurture leads. They will no longer need to manually download leads from Nextdoor and search for leads in multiple places; they can now aggregate customer data in a single source of truth.

Zapier integrates with over 7,000 apps, including Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Salesforce, offering endless possibilities for brands to customize and enhance their sales pipelines. For example, advertisers can build Zap workflows that automatically create new lead records in their Salesforce CRM database, set up automatic lead assignments, and customize follow-up emails to send to neighbors who complete their lead gen form on Nextdoor. We also have a couple preset Zap templates set up for businesses to easily activate immediately.

Advertisers on NAM can log into their ads account and navigate to “Assets” > “Leads” from the top navigation bar to connect with Zapier and build their own custom automated workflows.
