RunBuggyOne, the consumer vehicle-shipping platform powered by RunBuggy, the automotive logistics marketplace and technology platform, sought to break into a new advertising channel to increase brand awareness and reach high-intent consumers actively looking to ship a vehicle nationwide. As one of the first clients to launch on Nextdoor through the agency JumpFly, the campaign served as a critical proof-of-concept. The primary goal was to establish a steady evergreen presence, prove the viability of a non-traditional platform, and identify successful localized pockets to unlock national expansion.
The campaign launched as a localized test in California before rapidly expanding into Texas and Florida based on strong early indicators.
Phased campaign structure: The strategy began with broad awareness via website visit prospecting campaigns to build local data, followed by the introduction of targeted website conversion campaigns designed to capture high-intent users.
The campaign serves as a powerful internal benchmark for JumpFly. Across all active markets, the campaign maintained a total CTR that was 130% above Nextdoor’s platform benchmark. The campaign maintained a low CPC across all campaigns, which allowed for operations to be successfully scaled across regions.
“Nextdoor gave us a credible, non-traditional channel to reach quote-ready shippers at a fraction of the cost we expected. The ability to test and scale locally before expanding gave us confidence that these results would hold as we grow into new markets.” — Jason Ferrara – VP Marketing RunBuggy & RunBuggyOne
